Sarah is an animal lover with two cats named after favorite foods – Mozzarella and Macaroni. She has experience recruiting for a broad spectrum of veterinary roles including Kennel Assistants, Medical Directors, and IT Specialists.

Kathryn grew up in Choctaw Nation in Northern Oklahoma with every type of animal imaginable. She shares her home with a 7-year-old Blue Throat Macaw, who loves to join in meetings and phone calls when available.
Why I love what I do:
Kathryn got her first job in 1994 with the SPCA and never stopped working in vet med. She grew her veterinary skillset and began working as a hospital administrator for various GP, Specialty, and Emergency Hospitals in the Austin, TX area. She started recruiting veterinarians nationally in 2017 and quickly jumped into specialty recruiting. She joined the Destination Pet Pack in February of 2021 and became Director of DVM Recruitment in 2022.
