Robin Erwin serves as our Chief Human Resources Officer and is responsible for leading Destination Pet’s overall human resources strategy, leadership development, diversity and inclusion, national talent acquisition, organizational design and cultural development, compensation and benefits, HR operations, and employee relations.

Robin is passionate about Human Resources and over the last 20 years, she has held various leadership roles including National Director of Human Resources at Marshall Retail Group, Vice President of North America at Magic Memories, Vice President of Human Resources at Skyport Hospitality, and Vice President at Sanitation Specialists. Robin has a wide-ranging skillset in all aspects of HR and strives to create a positive and supportive work environment that fosters employee engagement and development. She recognizes the importance of servant leadership and strives daily to develop her team. Her mantra is "Get to Yes" and her consistent high expectations has resulted in world-class teams.

Robin holds a BA in Political Science from University of Redlands and a Juris Doctor from the American College of Law. She is also certified as a Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR), which is issued by the HR Certification Institute (HRCI).   Robin enjoys hiking, working out, watching movies, MMA, and hockey with the love of her life - her husband, Philip. Her blended family includes five loving children and five adorable grandchildren.
