Kristin’s nearly 25 years of leadership experience encompasses a broad spectrum of legal disciplines, including mergers and acquisitions, finance, business development, corporate matters, operations, commercial real estate, employment law, compliance, and board governance matters.

Prior to joining Destination Pet, Kristin served as the Deputy General Counsel of a large nationally recognized veterinary practice consolidator, VetCor Professional Practices, and has brought action-oriented expertise with a continued dedication to the animal care industry to Destination Pet. Her prior experience was gained in both publicly traded and privately held environments, mission-driven organizations, and in large international and national law firms representing nationally recognized lending institutions and Fortune 100 corporations.

Kristin earned her Juris Doctor from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University and her bachelor’s degree at Middlebury College as an independent scholar in Latin American Studies and Spanish.

Kristin is the proud pet parent of two golden retriever sisters, Camille and Sierra, and when not spending her time on their training and development dedicates her free time to sustainable organic gardening and produce cultivation, cooking, painting, travel, and outdoor activities.
