Joe Cardaropoli brings 30 years of experience in multi-unit business operations in retail, early childhood education, and pet care. Joe is a servant leader who supports the continued development of staff to develop business acumen, plan and execute complex directives and drive profitable sales. In his role with Destination Pet, Joe oversees the operations of all Veterinary Hospitals and Pet Care Centers.

Previously, he was in regional operations management for several well-known companies including Target Corp., Kohl's, Old Navy, and Kinder Care Education. While in these roles, he was responsible for all facets of operations including customer service, sales planning and budgeting, expense management, loss prevention, and human resources. He holds a degree in Business Administration from Cypress College.

Joe is a proud girl dad to daughters Alexandra and Daniella and husband to wife Suzanne. Joe and his wife enjoy traveling and discovering new wines from around the world. They are parents to their beloved Cotton De Tulear Sunnie and grandparents to their grand-dogs Tucker and Mia.
