Dr. Fowler brings to Destination Pet a diverse range of leadership experiences from human health and a successful track record of effectively combining strategy, operations, and business development.
Prior to Destination Pet, Dr. Fowler served as the Chief Operating Officer at Tenet Physician Resources, the physician practices arm of hospital giant, Tenet Healthcare (NYSE: THC). In that position, she was responsible for driving operations and the acquisition and integration of physician practices. Prior to that, as Vice President of Hospital Operations, she was responsible for scaling infrastructure and growing ancillary areas of the business including pharmacies, laboratories, imaging, and wound care departments. Before joining Tenet, Dr. Fowler served as Chief Executive Officer of Millennium Health, turning around operations and accelerating growth. She has also held executive leadership roles with Millennium Health in Medication Monitoring and Genetics roles with Plus Delta Technologies and Lakeland Regional Medical Center.
As a registered Pharmacist, Dr. Fowler began her career as a Pain Management and Palliative Care Specialist at H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center and later as Clinical Pharmacist at Helios Pain and Psychiatry Center. She earned her Pre-Pharmacy degree and Doctor of Pharmacy degree at the University of Florida.
Outside of work, Dr. Fowler spends her time with her husband Brett and three children enjoying outdoor activities and boating. They have three dogs: Leo a Yorkie, Murphy a Boxer, and Sugar an Olde English Bulldog Mix.

Jennifer Judge is the Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel at Destination Pet. She is a strategic and solution-oriented legal executive, with years of corporate legal leadership. Prior to Destination Pet, Jennifer was the founder and member of Jennifer Judge Legal PLLC, functioning as an external General Counsel to start-up companies and understaffed legal departments and working directly with clients on practical and pragmatic legal solutions.
Before owning her own firm, Jennifer was the General Counsel of Rug Doctor, LLC. In that role, she was the sole lawyer at the multinational corporation. She conducted all legal document review and led the equity sale of Rug Doctor from its private owners to BISSELL Homecare. Prior to Rug Doctor, Jennifer spent seven years as the Senior Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at Caliber Home Loans, Inc.—a non-bank mortgage originator and servicer. In her role at Caliber, Jennifer managed the team responsible for all corporate governance, corporate real estate legal matters, labor and employment counsel, loan originator compensation compliance, privacy, cybersecurity, and law enforcement interactions. Jennifer also had leadership roles for Caliber’s multiple acquisitions of smaller mortgage companies, the filing of Caliber’s S-1 in 2020, and Caliber’s ultimate sale to New Residential Investment Company in 2021.
Jennifer spends her free time with her husband Ryan and her two school-aged boys and their endless amounts of school sports and activities. She loves photography, gardening and plants, college and professional football, and being active. Her family is secretly run by their three poorly trained dogs: Milton (a Great Pyrenees mix), Nike (another Great Pyrenees mix), and Red (a Lab mix).
Robin Erwin serves as Group Chief Human Resources Officer at Destination Pet Holdings, where she leads the company’s human resources strategy, organizational development, and culture initiatives. With over 25 years’ experience in Human Capital Management, Robin brings deep expertise to the rapidly growing network of veterinarian and pet care centers, ensuring that the organization’s people-first philosophy supports its mission of delivering exceptional care.
Prior to her current role, Robin held significant leadership positions in the retail and hospitality sectors, guiding organizations through dynamic phases of rapid expansion driven by both organic growth and mergers and acquisitions. She served as National Director of Human Resources at Marshall Retail Group, Vice President of North America at Magic Memories, and Vice President of Human Resources at Skyport Hospitality. In these roles, she provided strategic leadership across all areas of HR, including talent acquisition, employee relations, learning and development, and diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies.
Known for her collaborative leadership style and constant improvement mentality, Robin acts as a trusted strategic partner to executive teams, driving changes that foster both business success and employee fulfillment. She combines her legal background—holding a Juris Doctor (JD)—with her Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification to build cultures of respect and accountability. Robin resides in Tennessee with her husband, where she enjoys spending time with their blended family of five children and six grandchildren.
Scott Bramble brings over 20 years of leadership experience in online marketplaces, ecommerce, and consumer-focused businesses. He has held senior roles at leading companies including Michaels Stores, Jane Technologies, and Nike.
In his most recent role, Scott served as Vice President and General Manager of MakerPlace by Michaels, a Michaels Stores subsidiary focused on handmade goods from independent artisans. Prior to Michaels, he was General Manager of Marketplace & Consumer at Jane Technologies, where he launched an industry-first marketplace shopping experience. At Jane, he also created and grew Jane Gold, a patented membership rewards program, and developed Jane Pay, a compliant digital payments platform.
Earlier in his career, Scott spent 12 years at Nike, Inc. in senior sales and retail leadership positions. As Global Senior Sales Director for Nike Sportswear, the company's largest division, he helped define the future of iconic footwear franchises such as Air Force 1, Dunk, and Air Max. He also led Nike’s NBA retail launch, introducing innovative ecommerce and go-to-market strategies across wholesale and direct channels.
Before entering the consumer sector, Scott worked in private equity and investment banking. He holds a degree in Business Economics from Brown University.
Scott lives in San Francisco with his wife, Erin, their 16-year-old Boston Terrier mix, Pru, and two cats, Honor and Tuchus. Outside of work, he enjoys exploring restaurants, beaches, and cities with his family, as well as playing pickleball and golf.
Bret Anderson brings 20+ years of Sales Leadership and Employee Development experience in the Medical, Diagnostics, and Consulting industries. Prior to joining Destination Pet, Bret was Regional Vice President of Inform Diagnostics where he built and led his team to dramatic growth.
Prior to Inform Diagnostics, Bret was a Consultant for several companies where he built and rolled out the Sales and Marketing processes to develop robust sales pipelines and shorten sales cycles. Bret served in various Sales Leadership roles at Millennium Health and helped grow Millennium to the market leader in Toxicology and Genetic Testing. Bret also had Field Leadership and Corporate roles at Endo Pharmaceuticals where he championed change and drove results.
Bret lives outside Philadelphia with his wife, Vanessa, of 27 years and 2 sons when they are home from college and enjoys spending time in Bethany Beach, DE. They are also proud pet parents of their 2 year old Cavapoo, Bailey. Bret enjoys golf, jogging, and Philadelphia Flyers hockey.
