Chief Marketing Officer
Crissy Davis is a customer-centric executive with over twenty years of experience driving strategies through consumer insights, customer relationship management, loyalty programs, and omnichannel marketing. She is a dynamic team leader with a proven track record in driving organizational change and developing high-performing teams.
Prior to joining Destination Pet, Crissy was the head of marketing for the Epic Pass at Vail Resorts, Inc. where she led the development of new products, launched a loyalty program, and drove 20%-unit growth during a pandemic. Before Vail, Crissy was the Vice President of Customer Strategy at Sports Authority, where she led the development of a new segmentation strategy and drove the evolution of the brand positioning, customer experience, and go-to-market strategies. In addition, she has held other marketing leadership positions at Frontier Airlines, Western Union, Liz Claiborne, and The Gap. She holds degrees in Marketing and Finance from the University of Central Florida.
Crissy loves spending time with her family and exploring new places, near and far, with her husband, Jamie, of fourteen years, and her two kids, Hunter (10), Hannah (7), and her new fur baby S’mores (1).
