Our Executive Team
Mr. Kelly has over 20 years of C-level operating experience, spanning healthcare, veterinary, pet care services, genomics, and pharmaceuticals. He has successfully built five venture and private equity backed companies, three of which were in the pet care industry. Previous companies supervised by Mr. Kelly include Pet’s Choice, a Bellevue-based animal-hospital chain; F2G, Ltd., a UK-based genomics research company; Best Friends Pet Care, an East Coast focused pet service company; and Wagly, a West Coast focused pet care service company. Mr., Kelly has also consulted for VetCor, the Animal Medical Center of New York, VetStreet, and a division of American Securities. To date, Mr. Kelly has completed over 200 acquisitions in the pet services and veterinary industries and has created strong returns for investors through the successful growth and exit of several private equity backed companies.
Mr. Williams brings over 15 years of experience in new business development, construction, and real estate management. Mr. Williams has overseen real estate projects for several well-known retail companies, including Cold Stone Creamery, Luxottica, Cricket Communications, Best Friends Pet Care, and Wagly. During his time at Best Friends Pet Care and Wagly, Mr. Williams was responsible for strategic planning, where he oversaw site selections and expansions into new markets. Mr. Williams works alongside Mr. Kelly to generate a strong pipeline of acquisitions and plays a lead role in site selection and development.
Bryan Mooney has over 25 years of leadership experience most recently serving as the Director of Administration for the State of Idaho serving on the Governor’s cabinet. Prior to joining the State of Idaho, Mooney was the Vice President of Operations for AmerisourceBergen Animal Health Division, the world’s largest animal health distributor. Prior to his more than two decades at MWI Veterinary Supply Company, Mooney was with AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals and Hershey Chocolate Company in sales management roles. Bryan holds a bachelor of science degree from The University of Wyoming.
Mr. Erreca has over 12 years of experience in various finance and operating roles, including investment banking, commercial banking, and managing retail operations. Previously, he was a Director in Opus Bank’s Merchant Banking Division, providing investment banking advisory services and direct investments to small and medium sized business. While in the Commercial Banking group, Mr. Erreca originated and managed business loans to companies in an assortment of industries; working on transactions that required multiple financing parties including private equity groups, mezzanine lenders, and other commercial banks.

Mrs. Jarman brings over 20 years of experience in Payroll and Human Resource Management. Mrs. Jarman is a strategic and innovative HR professional who translates business vision into HR initiatives that improve performance, profitability, growth, and employee engagement. She is an empowering leader who supports companies and top executives with a unique perspective and appreciation that human capital is every organization’s greatest asset. Mrs. Jarman thrives on tough challenges and translates visions and strategies into actionable, value-added goals.
VP Accounting and Finance
Ms. Donahue has over 25 years as an accounting and finance professional with diverse experience ranging from large multi-nationals to small domestic operations. She started as auditor with Arthur Andersen in Denver and London. She is CPA and CGMA (Chartered Global Management Accountant). She has her MBA in International Finance. Ms. Donahue oversees our accounting and finance department. Most recently she has run the accounting and financing team for private equity funds, small private real estate company and various regions through the world for Liberty Media.

Chairman of the Board
Meghan FitzGerald is a global healthcare operator, strategist, investor, and academic. She has worked in every domain of healthcare from front line patient care through the Fortune 500 while serving as an Adjunct Associate Professor at Columbia University.
Currently she serves as a Senior Advisor to L1 Health Private Equity. Prior to this, she was the managing partner and helped lead L1’s inaugural investment vehicle focused on biopharma and healthcare services allocating over ~$3B in spend to date. And she recently joined Goldman Sachs’ flagship private equity platform as a strategic advisory board member. Prior to this, FitzGerald spent nearly twenty years in corporate America working for many prominent healthcare companies. She was the EVP of Strategy, M&A, and Health Policy, and a member of the executive committee at Cardinal Health. She also served as the President of Cardinal Health Specialty Solutions. Prior to Cardinal Health, she was the SVP of New Markets and Business Development at Medco Health Solutions, and held positions in strategy and marketing at top companies including Pfizer, Merck, and Sanofi-Synthelabo.
She is a member of the board of directors at Tenet Healthcare, Seniorlink, and K2HealthVentures. In addition, she volunteers at her local hospital and for TrekMedics, a global nonprofit dedicated to bringing emergency care from Haiti to Tanzania.
FitzGerald obtained a Doctor of Public Health (DrPH) at New York Medical College, focusing on health policy and the social determinants of health. She earned a Master of Public Health from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Nursing from Fairfield University. Currently, she teaches strategy and “The Business of Healthcare” at Columbia University in New York. Her new book “Ascending Davos: A career journey from the emergency room to the board room” was just launched by Forbes Books.
Classon was CEO and Chairman of the Executive Committee of Bayer HealthCare AG. He served as President and as Executive Vice President of Bayer Diagnostics. Prior to Bayer, Classon held various management positions with Pharmacia Corporation.
Classon has also served as Interim President and Chief Executive Officer of Hillenbrand Industries, and currently serves as Chairman of the board of Perrigo, Vice Chairman of the board of Fresenius Medical Care, and serves as a member of the board of Catalnet.
Classon received his Chemical Engineering Certificate from the Gothenburg School of Engineering and a Business Degree from the Gothenburg University.

Jonathan Muir is Chief Executive Officer of L1 Holdings and L1 Investment Holdings and Member of the Board of Directors. Prior to joining L1, Muir was CFO (2008-2013) and Vice President of Finance and Control (2003-2008) of TNK-BP, which he joined after serving as CFO of SIDANCO, one of TNK-BP’s heritage companies. Prior to this, he was a partner at the global audit and consulting company Ernst & Young (1985 - 2000).
Muir graduated with first class honours from St. Andrews University in the UK. He is a British qualified Chartered Accountant and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales.
Ivan Zhivago is an Investment Partner of LetterOne Health and is responsible for developing and shaping investment strategy, leading deal execution and portfolio management in the US and Europe. He previously served as Director of Corporate Development of LetterOne Group and Board member of LetterOne Treasury. Before joining LetterOne, Zhivago worked as Deputy Director of Investment Planning of Alfa Group Consortium. He started his career at Johnson & Johnson Medical Devices & Diagnostics followed by several years in investment banking and private equity. Zhivago currently serves as a board member of K2 Health Ventures, and Chair of the Investment Committee of Destination Pet.
Zhivago is graduated from Harvard Business School. He completed the International Directors Program at INSEAD, holds an MA in Economics from New Economic School, and a degree in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science from Moscow State University.
