Our founders have more than a century of combined experience and innovation in the pet services industry. As veterans of the animal care business, we understand the need for better care and services, and a clean, simple integration of those services. From veterinary care, to day care, boarding, training, and grooming, we give great pet parents the tools and resources they need, at a level of sophistication we'd want for our own pets.

Our Executive Team

Shane Kelly


Mr. Kelly has over 20 years of C-level operating experience, spanning healthcare, veterinary, pet care services, genomics, and pharmaceuticals. He has successfully built five venture and private equity backed companies, three of which were in the pet care industry. Previous companies supervised by Mr. Kelly include Pet’s Choice, a Bellevue-based animal-hospital chain; F2G, Ltd., a UK-based genomics research company; Best Friends Pet Care, an East Coast focused pet service company; and Wagly, a West Coast focused pet care service company. Mr., Kelly has also consulted for VetCor, the Animal Medical Center of New York, VetStreet, and a division of American Securities. To date, Mr. Kelly has completed over 200 acquisitions in the pet services and veterinary industries and has created strong returns for investors through the successful growth and exit of several private equity backed companies.

Mike Williams

SVP Growth

Mr. Williams brings over 15 years of experience in new business development, construction, and real estate management. Mr. Williams has overseen real estate projects for several well-known retail companies, including Cold Stone Creamery, Luxottica, Cricket Communications, Best Friends Pet Care, and Wagly. During his time at Best Friends Pet Care and Wagly, Mr. Williams was responsible for strategic planning, where he oversaw site selections and expansions into new markets. Mr. Williams works alongside Mr. Kelly to generate a strong pipeline of acquisitions and plays a lead role in site selection and development.

Brett Erreca

VP Operations

Mr. Erreca has over 12 years of experience in various finance and operating roles, including investment banking, commercial banking, and managing retail operations. Previously, he was a Director in Opus Bank’s Merchant Banking Division, providing investment banking advisory services and direct investments to small and medium sized business. While in the Commercial Banking group, Mr. Erreca originated and managed business loans to companies in an assortment of industries; working on transactions that required multiple financing parties including private equity groups, mezzanine lenders, and other commercial banks.

Amy Jarman

VP Human Resources

Mrs. Jarman brings over 20 years of experience in Payroll and Human Resource Management. Mrs. Jarman is a strategic and innovative HR professional who translates business vision into HR initiatives that improve performance, profitability, growth, and employee engagement. She is an empowering leader who supports companies and top executives with a unique perspective and appreciation that human capital is every organization’s greatest asset. Mrs. Jarman thrives on tough challenges and translates visions and strategies into actionable, value-added goals.

Elizabeth Donahue

VP Accounting and Finance

Ms. Donahue has over 25 years as an accounting and finance professional with diverse experience ranging from large multi-nationals to small domestic operations. She started as auditor with Arthur Andersen in Denver and London. She is CPA and CGMA (Chartered Global Management Accountant). She has her MBA in International Finance. Ms. Donahue oversees our accounting and finance department. Most recently she has run the accounting and financing team for private equity funds, small private real estate company and various regions through the world for Liberty Media.
